6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling may depend on the stage of work, blocked dates, team availability, equipment booking, travel, location arrangements and expenses already incurred. These matters will be handled case by case.
7. Client Responsibilities

8. Creative Control

10. Raw Footage
Raw footage, project files, timelines and source files are not automatically included unless agreed in writing before the project starts.
11. Ownership and Usage Rights
Final ownership, usage rights, credits, distribution rights and publishing permissions will depend on the written agreement for each project. Unless restricted by agreement, Makhanchor Films may retain creative and portfolio rights.
12. Portfolio and Promotion
Makhanchor Films may use selected final work, stills, posters, BTS visuals or project references on its website, social media, portfolio and promotional material, unless a written confidentiality restriction is agreed.
13. Confidentiality
If confidential information, scripts or unreleased concepts are shared, both parties should agree on confidentiality expectations in writing before detailed work begins.
14. Website Content
Text, images, design, branding, graphics and content on this website belong to Makhanchor Films or are used by permission. They may not be copied, reused or modified without permission.
